Starbucks - VICTOR

NEVER go to this Starbucks.The manager routinely disrespects the needs of the workers, and spends most of his time on his laptop outisde if the kiosk probably playing candy crush or something.It is always ridiculously busy, so don't count on your drink being made in less than 30 minutes.These workers are under a great amount of stress from some seriously childish and whiny customers, who love nothing more than to belittle and scream at the baristas, while the manager routinely does nothing about it.

Took over 20 mins for an iced coffee. Not because business was slammed (it was 6:45pm) or understaffed (3 employees working) but they had only 1 person making drinks. The other 2 were focused on cleaning to get out on time (closes 8pm). Incompetent.

Twenty minutes for two decafs and surly service to boot. Remind me never to patronize this Starbucks again.

Just wildly slow. We waited in line for 10 min. Then had to leave for appt. We came back to try again. Waited in line for 10 min and still waiting for drink now after 10 more.....either hire more people or better people or something. Not a smile to be seen around here because of how long it's taking. Maybe it's the mobile orders??? I feel bad for all involved

Starbucks located within the heart of Eastview Mall. Offers some surrounding seating. Cafe is often busy, I would recommend ordering ahead.
