A&W Restaurant - Victoria

Bought an english muffin egg sandwich combo.Sandwich was so small I thought I got a child’s portion. On top of that the egg was hanging half out of the sandwich in a sloppy mess.Staff at counter are awesome but the cook is sloppy.Its one thing to raise prices with inflation but to do so while shrinking the product to a child size is outright gouging the customer.

Orderd mozzarella burger with no sauce it came without the bacon i asked the "manager to please put the bacon on it she sent it back to the kitchen and when it came back I should have checked it I got home and NO bacon and when I called the number it when straight to a voice-mail that wasn 't setup so I can 't even reach that

We have visited this restaurant on several occasions and have consistently encountered poor customer service, finding hair in our food, and being interrupted when trying to place our order. It appears that more training or supervision may be needed. The food is satisfactory and healthier than McDonald’s, but the overall atmosphere makes it not worth the visit.

I don't expect much from A&W... But every single time I go here it's a 10 min wait (in the drive-thru) so beware if you're in a rush! Good food tho!
