Grilled To The Mac - Victoria

Home made macaroni in a white sauce on grilled cheese, why didn't i think of that. so good . was right by the beach where we caught up to this food vendor , now that i know what he can do with his magical macaroni skills , ill chase him down next time i see him, i wonder if he will franchise , he should.

I had the grilled cheese sandwich stuffed with Mac n Cheese.....and it was stuffed! Fantastic sauce, fresh grilled, and cheesy goodness!

I don't often have much good to say however this is the tastiest meal I have had in a long long time. Great location on the drive home and ample parking with quick service. Especially enjoyed the craft soda too!!!????

Had the plain grilled cheese sandwich. Lots & lots of cheese and grilled perfectly. Very nice conversation with the owner and will go back to try other selections.

The Classic Mac and Cheese was the best I've ever had. The location is a short drive out of the downtown Victoria area but it's a pretty drive and so worth it. He sources high quality local ingredients and even gets his soda pop from a local brewer.
