Heron Rock Bistro - Victoria

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant with exceptional service and delicious food. I started with the perfectly cooked mussels, which were amazing, and then tried the warm Reuben sandwich, which I also loved. The bread pudding was a delightful end to the meal.

I highly recommend this restaurant. I tried their fried chicken burger and it was amazing. The outside was crispy while the inside was still tender and moist, and not greasy. The fact that I couldn't finish my fries speaks volumes. The service was friendly and helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of everything I ordered at this restaurant. Despite its humble appearance, the food was top-notch and on par with what you would find in New York City. The house-made items really elevated the dishes. The calamari and Caesar salad were delicious, and the oysters were incredibly fresh. The prices were quite reasonable, especially when compared to the more touristy spots downtown. I highly recommend giving this place a try - you won't be disappointed!

After a long absence, it was wonderful to come back to the Heron! The place is even better than before, and the staff are upbeat, knowledgeable friendly and enhance the dining experience. The kitchen continues to shine with tasteful innovativecreations and the whole atmosphere is genial, comfortable, and inviting.!

I've been there a couple of times while in Victoria last week. Great food! Service is really good, but don't expect it to be fast. You can't rush quality. I will definitely go back someday.
