I ordered a pizza for myself and my 2.5-year-old son, who has severe dairy allergies. Despite stressing multiple times over the phone that his pizza needed to be 100% dairy-free, I was assured by the person on the phone that there would be no dairy products on his pizza. I specifically requested the whole wheat dough with vegan Daiya cheese, as I was previously told it was dairy-free. When I picked up the order, I confirmed once again that it was dairy-free due to my son's severe allergies. Two hours after my son ate the pizza, he began vomiting and had diarrhea, indicating that there may have been cross-contamination or that my order was disregarded. This is the third time I have had issues with Hot House pizzas and their staff not listening to my allergy concerns. I will be contacting them in the morning in hopes of a resolution, but I am disappointed and will not be ordering from them again. I urge them to improve their customer service and pay closer attention to allergy requests to prevent incidents like this from happening again.
I placed a large order for my workplace early in the day and received a call back to confirm the order. The order was ready at the time I requested. Great job!
Today I ordered pizza delivery for my staff. When the pizza arrived the delivery driver never even came to the door he called and said the pizza is here. When I went down to get it the pizza was sitting in the dirt and the driver was standing by his car with a dirty old skip the dishes bag pointing at the pizza. He never even said a word to me. It was very unsanitary and unprofessional. Will not order there again.
So gross! What's happened? At some point after the pandemic the quality of this pizza has gone downhill. The crust is dried out, pretty much inedible, and there are barely any toppings. The one star goes to the friendly staff.
