Double quarter pounder combo came out well prepared and within 30 seconds of ordering. Very fast even by fast food standards.
I thought a tender, juicy, crispy chicken sandwich sounded good. The reality was overcooked, dry and definitely not crispy. That was the first time I had been to MacDonalds in at least 5 years, and it will be many more years before I go again.
On the 15th of Oct 2021 there were 7 “SkipTheDishes” delivery people waiting to pick up orders. In the past we were told that priority goes to the drivers in the drive through and the delivery drivers will have to wait. So we waited…..some of us 10 mins, 15 mins, 20 mins, 25 mins, over our pick-up time. The staff pretend to not notice us standing there. I guess McDonalds has forgotten that the drivers depend on “time” for their livelihood. The more time spent waiting, the less money we make.
Me and my bf went to the mcdonald's in Langford BC for some food First we ordered a coffee and the little donuts... which all was well Then we ordered something else and while my bf was at the till waiting for our food the Manger comes over to me and says we have to leave she says from the time you WALK in your 20 minute time starts then and then you have to leave... I said to her that my bf is waiting for our food she says well when you get it you have to take it and go.. I said excuse me so I have to take it an go? She said yes you have been here longer than 20 minutes. . Well I got up and let my bf know so he goes up to the cashier and asks to talk to the manager well its her ... so he says so we have to take our food and go? Well she got so damn rude in front of other people to us and it was to the point where we just told her that we will take our money back and go else where. . Never have I heard of such disrespect to a customer. . Not to mention we bring our children there too so even if our kids were there too she would of still been asked to leave How is this right ? I am so DISGUSTED with their views of customer service and how they can be allowed to treat people. . How does one get in touch with their boss regarding this matter I don't want to write a letter I want to speak with someone directly.. This is not the first time I might add And I will not let this be I want something done about this
