Contribuisci feedbackI used to go there everyday after the pool, for yogurt and coffee...I stopped -- I'm not sure why. Lately I've been coming back...all new staff...I guess staff turnover is great. Food is hot and tasty for a quick bite. I really enjoy the in-restaurant service, as long as it is not within certain hours. (too many youth)....but it is great other times...and the drive through....Generally GREAT service, although it doesn't seem you get condiments (ketchup, salt, pepper) napkins straws...seem to be missing a lot of the time. Generally, staff is good....
Wouldn't fill my travel mug. Gave me a cup of coffee and I had to pour it. At least the coffee was hot and fresh. Customers waited for food/beverages to arrive in no particular lineup and I couldn't tell which were waiting to order and who had ordered and we're waiting for their food
The customer service at this location is brutal. Top down... it's bad.This location is run by a franchisee and the training is tanking. The service is getting worse and worse as time goes by.The quality of the food is below average for ANY McDonald's.I've been to this location lots of times (20) in the past year with the most recent being July 6. Everything is inconsistent from the food quality to the service. The knowledge level of the staff of their products and services is about a 2 out of 10. Most recent problem was I asked for a decaf iced coffee. They said they absolutely could not do it... even though they did it 2 weeks ago when I was there. All I asked for is a cup of ice that the decaf coffee was poured over... this was apparently too much to ask for and they dug in their heels that they could not pour the decaf coffee over a cup of ice. I mentioned that they had done it before and there was a delay... then they came back and again said they can't do it. So... I went elsewhere and spent $25 on lunch for the two of us.Go to Tim Horton's across the parking lot - you'll be happier.
Nothing was good about this visit to McDonald's at this location. Staff could care less...no interaction with customer other than take order and money. They obviously didn't want to be there, even the supervisor (wearing the white shirt) gave the same vibe. A robot could have done better. Our food order: the burger was good with extra pickles (as requested)...however we discovered the medium fries was only 1/2 the quantity (equal to small portion)...and we were told we couldn't have our milk shakes...because the machine was broken! Would not recommend this location for McDonald's, suggest you try another.
McDonald's used to be a good place to grab a cheap bite, but they've been raising their prices on a regular basis for years now, and have priced themselves out of lots of their customer base. Why would anyone go spend $13 on a combo at McDonald's, when that is sit-down-restaurant price? It's insane and moronic. Heck, after 9PM Bin4 has 50% off burger platters. They are CHEAPER than McD's and immeasurably better. Go buy a gourmet burger with a massive side of fries or salad, and a BEER for the same price as a Mc.D's combo? Is that really a question?
