Nautical Nellie's Steak & Seafood House

The food was delicious! It was a quieter night but still seemed a bit busy. Service was excellent, quick, and so friendly. I came here knowing I really wanted to try the Hot Pot but I was so tempted to get something else because there was so manyamazing things on the menu. The mussels were delicious, I loved the hot pot, and the Mexican street corn was amazing! Yum! Thereare so many good things to say about this place! The drinks were good too! We were too full for dessert but the tiramisu andcrem brulee sounded so good.

I always thought of Nautical Nellie?s as a tourist trap but after going here for their new brunch launch, I have changed my mind. The food was actually really well prepared, the flavours were balanced, the dishes were different and interesting and theowner and chef truly are trying to show Victoria how much they care. Prices were reasonable and in some cases lower thancomparable restaurants and cocktails and non-alcoholic choices were also well made. I?ll be back for brunch again for sure.

Food was out standing. service was flawless. ordered the 53oz tomahawk steak *for myself* it was so good I ate more then 40oz of the steak plus dessert. if your a steak lover definitely go here. good variety of steak. outstanding flavor. perfect cooking.all in all 10/10. this place will be a regular stop for me as a steak lover.

To quote my dear, overstuffed husband. Everything is dangerously delicious, but the dessert serving sizes are frankly, irresponsible. What can I say; the man nailed it. The service was top notch. The cocktails? Peppy and fruity and light. Thecrab? Fresh. The macaroni and cheese? Gooey and comforting. The burgers? Top score. The dessert? Decadently irresponsible. Aspecial mention to Mandy, who was a stellar server, and I 'm sure would have been just as accommodating even if we WEREN 'T fromthe same neck of the woods. What are the odds?! Do yourself a favour; in this small world, should you want some good, qualityseafood and steak, go to Nellie 's. It 's not cheap, but if your wallet can take it, don 't miss out.

Got reservation at 8pm, but the service was fast and wonderful. Food is absolutely delicious, tried the hot pot of seafood and creme brulee. Highly recommend the restaurant overall. Will come back here again next time I visit Victoria.
