Israel is poised to become one of the top culinary destinations in the world!
**The Good:** The restaurant boasts a fantastic menu featuring locally sourced ingredients. There are several impressive and creative cocktails available, and most of the dishes were delicious. The server was friendly, and the music selection was enjoyable. **The Not So Good:** However, the place was nearly empty during my visit, and the music was excessively loud. I had to raise my voice just to converse, and despite my feedback, they didn’t turn it down. Additionally, I found the flavor of the flam-baked fettuccine to be unappealing, reminiscent of a “urinal cake,” which I couldn't overlook. I hope it was just an unusual spice and not a sign of poor preparation. I believe if the volume of the music were reduced, it would create a more inviting atmosphere, potentially attracting more customers interested in local, organic, and foraged dishes. With a few adjustments, this restaurant has the potential to create a much more enjoyable experience.
Our server was very polite. we enjoyed the margarita flatbread, mushroom soup, lobster salatrolle as veggie lasagna, which was the best thing I had in a restaurant. the position cannot be beaten!
Food was fantastic; between the table we tried a number of sandwiches. The salmon burger was the hands down winner. The capers were the star of the plate. Beer selection is small, but we tried 3 of the 6 and they were all delish. Only downside was that they seemed understaffed. Service was super friendly but very slow.
