However, the interior of the store looks outdated as it has not been updated since my first visit in 2015. Additionally, the staff does not wear uniforms, making it difficult to identify who works there.
This was our first time dining here. Upon arrival, we noticed a large group of guys from a sports team in front of us, so we anticipated a wait. We were a bit hesitant about ordering from a kiosk rather than a person, but it seems to be the norm now. We ordered two burgers (one with an unfamiliar filling), green beans, a soda, and a shake. It took 30 minutes to receive the shake and almost an hour for the first burger. The second burger came about 10 minutes later. Unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy our meal together due to the staggered food arrival. The highlight of our experience was the delicious burgers and the manager who personally addressed our concerns without being prompted. He generously provided us with a voucher for free burgers on our next visit. Thanks to his exceptional service, we will give this place another try. Thank you.
I will definitely return. The burger was huge and the sides were creative. I can't wait to try some of the other unique burger creations.
Hasn't been here since closing and reopening, but the new Pattys are so small and they have forgotten my grilled onions and bacon and when I called to see what could be done, they weren't much help except to say it. Will not return
Love burger nation, and always come here when I got a little extra cash. However they just implemented a new change where you order with a kiosk. I'm not against kiosk ordering, I think it can be useful at times. But I'm really unsure why they thought it'd be a good idea for their establishment. When I came in, the waitress (I'm assuming previous cashier) wanted to help make sure I knew how to order on it so she stood there and made it painfully awkward while I was making my decision. If there's a person there to guide you through the kiosk, why not just have them take your order? Seems a little redundant. But then we get to the kiosk itself. I've always seen burger nation as the place to go custom crazy with your burger, it's kind of one of their perks. However this menu didn't even have an option to include bacon or ketchup on the burger, I had to clumsy type it out in a text box as a special request. Which of course they forgot to add because I'm sure the system didn't show them clearly that I had added it. I'm not totally against it the kiosk and I'm sure once they can properly implement it all these things will smooth over. But as of right now for my experience, it unnecessary awkward.
