Contribuisci feedbackSounds like a lot of reviews of Karens that were just in bad mood. Or maybe they were upset because the employees didn't treat them like royal. They claim that the employee is “not kept for any reason.” Rude like? Because they didn't talk to you in a milk and honey tone of voice? My two passing experiences: both times the employees were polite and efficient. The food was properly ordered and delicious. I'll come back again and again....
I ordered a children's cone for my 2 year after making some vaccines. Girl told me the next time I had the voucher from the doctor's office in the window, I said nothing, but then she was insulted, I said nothing and she said OK, thank you. She talked to me as if she was mother and was rude about it. Because of my missing answer to her instructions for an order at DQ. I have not received a rulebook to order a ride through Sorry, but no one has the right to act like this, and now I see why this place is usually always dead? RULE NOTED: Make sure you let them know if you have a voucher before moving to the window. On: rude little girl.

Order in drive-thru... after paying for it, asked me to move forward so that her watch can stop (all drive-thru chains do this now), although nobody was behind me. Of course, my order was wrong because they entered the wrong information. I asked her to do it right, I was told that I can go in and a new order that defeats the reason to use the Drive-Thru. It won't be back.
