The service was excellent, and the meals were delicious—hot and fresh, even during peak hours.

The restaurant has a disappointing grasp of customer service. I've been visiting every Friday night for years because my elderly mother enjoys it, but tonight was the breaking point for both of us. The waitress/manager, regardless of her position, was rude and snarky. Additionally, parking can be a challenge, especially when they're slightly busy. I also noticed that the same gray Ford truck is consistently parked right in front of the entrance. A little consideration for your customers would go a long way—employees should park further away from the front door.
