Shipley Do-nuts - Victoria

Shipley is known for great service and hot glazed. Not this location. Most of the staff is uncaring and rude. Their drink cooler was empty and the Diet Coke I did purchase was 4 mos out of date and flat. The replacement was same. They have gone straight downhill after the opening honeymoon was over. Sadly I am done with shipley In victoria.

The donuts are the best, very hot, but the guy who served you took time to order and gave me the wrong kolaches

I was treated very rude none of Do-Nuts that I wanted was ready at 5:04am. No Do-Nuts hole Also could not tell me when they may be ready None of workers had uniforms or name tags on did not want to serve Blk people and didn?t wanna tell me their names and was put out by these two. In which the one to right is store supervisor who couldn?t answer questions about the Do-Nuts being ready and ran to back to avoid customer?

Love love Shirley's. Super fast and super yummy. Affordable prices as well. The only thing is everyday Monday thru Friday we order almost the same thing 3 cherry donuts and 3 chocolate with chocolate sprinkles, yet they give us the correct one on one day and the next it's a chocolate donut with sprinkles. I can't wait till they recognize us arriving and say would you like your usual ???????? but I guess that would be hard on them, seeing as we go through the drive-thru.

Many of you who have been to Shipleys know me. I was the manager there for the past six months. The guy with the beard. Haha. I was wrongfully terminated today for no reason and most of the employees quit as well. I wouldn?t give this establishment a penny for the way he treats his workers. Just a downright horrible owner and boss. I reported employees being bullied and he took the bullies side and fired me for ?disrespecting? him for trying to tell the truth. Yet again. -100 stars if I could. Let this place close down so he can learn how to treat people.
