Stratos Pizzeria - Victoriaville

The new management doesn't seem to have the same standards for food quality and service! It's not the most welcoming place!

The pizza is excellent, and the poutine is delicious as well, especially the sauce.

I ordered a pizza duo with green peppers and pepperoni, and a small regular Poutine for delivery. I repeated my request twice, but the staff member responded curtly. In total, it cost me nearly $50, including tips, and sadly, there was no pepperoni on the pizza. When I called to express my disappointment, the girl who answered asked, "What do you want me to do?" She added that they hadn't charged me for it and that the manager was unavailable. I mentioned that I would have appreciated some compensation and that I wouldn't order from them again. She simply replied, "Perfect," and hung up on me!

The most expensive pizzeria, with the dumbest employees with the longest waiting time...45min to serve a small pizza and a small poutine that costs $41...don't give up, you're far from being the best...first and last time!
