Little Caesars Pizza - Victorville

Don't understand why a classic paprika pizza is almost $9.00, that's crazy. And my pizza wasn't even cut right. What?

This place is a hit or miss. Please check under your pizza pane and see if it is cooked. Experienced location, but given exact time when ordering. I'd rather wait extra to get my pizza cooked well.

Order online today. When we arrived, the portal slot was empty and cashier said there was no order. We thought it wasn't so waiting. After 15min or so we asked the cashier again and they claimed there was no order. We have shown employees the email conformation. The manager (see photo) claimed we had already picked up the pizza, which was not true. We asked her to check her cameras and she said in a blunt tone? No, don't I have to? She refused to offer a solution for the missing order, except to talk to her staff about us as if we were pizza thiefs? We felt totally hurt when she accused us of stealing our own pizza order. I'm sorry, but $20 of the pizza is not worth a felony ma?am. As soon as we said we would record the incident she said she would refund us, but we had to leave the store and we can't go back. We asked her name, and she said rude again? I don't have to give it? I'm sorry, but she has bad managerial skills. Drove down to the location on Bear Vally and picked up and order without any problems. Not sure if this is a company or franchise location, but I will definitely send the video of the incident by email.

This is by far the WORST place to shop. If I can leave zero stars, I would. 1 star is too many for this joke of service. Actually, the pizza was terrible. It is really disappointing not to see the employees care for them? re jobs and hurt the brand. Never come back. And for the price increase. Dominos has better value and better service.

Can't seem to EVER get a pizza here, they say Hot N ready but no matter what time I get there I'm told it will be 10 to 20 min. 4 times I've stopped in over 3 months, coming home from work,ball game, shopping, your pizza is only a 2nd thought because it's saposto be convenient.....102 degrees....I'll make a frozen pizza at home in the oven... forget this place
