Contribuisci feedbackI had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The customer service was awful, with rude management who dismissed me before I could even explain my issue. The food was also disappointing - I ordered 4 bean and rice burritos but received 1 bean and cheese and 3 bean and chipotle sauce overload. The tortillas were old and fell apart, and one burrito even looked like a bite had been taken out of it. The beef tacos were greasy and paper thin, and the Cinnabon friends were old and soggy. The only positive was the friendly guy working the window who tried to make things right, but unfortunately the bad food and service overshadowed his efforts. I wouldn't recommend going to this restaurant, especially late at night when they may be out of certain items and act rudely about it. As a restaurant manager myself, I understand the importance of good customer service and quality, and this place fell short on both fronts.
At one point, the waiter disappeared and it seemed like there was only one person working. He was friendly, but the kitchen seemed slow. We tried to inform them that we were waiting, but he pretended not to notice. It appears the manager needs to work on organizing the staff. All we wanted was a few tacos, but even that seemed difficult to get.
Whenever I visit this restaurant, they always seem to be out of the item I want. The employees appear uninterested in their work and have a poor attitude towards customers. Today, on April 17th, I arrived at 10 o'clock only to be told by an employee that the manager was not present, so they could not open. I am concerned about the ownership of this particular Taco Bell because improvements are needed. As someone who works in the food service industry myself, I believe there are serious issues with their work ethic.
I tried to place an breakfast order and the app didn't leave me at 10:30 a.m., so I called about 10:38 to see if I could place a job through it. antonio informed me that he couldn't. he said that they had stopped serving the breakfast, as they ran out of ice and if they had dropped more, it would not be until 11. if they don't serve the breakfast until 11, then they change their hours until 10:30.
I have been here a few times over the last month or so and the rice that’s in the burritos is always hard and old. It’s disgusting. They don’t keep up with things for instance changing out foods if it’s old or changing out the drink dispensers. Sprite was just carbonated water. ?
