Lily's Chocolate Coffee - Vienna

Iced pistachio latte was unique and delicious. Everything was so good! The owner was so patient with us as we couldn't make up our mind on what we wanted. She even came to tell us that we overpaid and gave us the difference. We wouldn't have noticed if she hadn't pointed it out. I will definitely be back. So glad I discovered this place. Super cute place as well!

My husband picked up a drink, thinking it was the coffee he had ordered and the owner, Lily, behind the counter yelled at him in a very stern and rude tone like he had stolen it. There was no one else visibly waiting and it was an honest mistake on his part to pick up the wrong drink. When I told her that there was no need to yell and that it was rude, she just smiled and offered no apology. She definitely put a bad taste in my mouth and we will not be returning.
