Honestly, never had a bad experience with undercooked or cold food, but I refuse to go here anymore because the customer service is just embarrassing. None of them especially the manager seem like they want to be there, which is understandable; they should look for new jobs. I really don't care much about them kissing up to me, but I shouldn't feel like I'm a nuisance for ordering a tender meal or like I'm wasting their time. They never greet you,unless you got them on a real good day, they never tell you about any problems until you've already pulled up to the window and that manager just ruins everything the most, she's miserable and wants everyone who walks into that restaurant to feel the same. So just from my experience the food has always been hot and fresh,but the terrible attitude from everyone for me doesn't make it worth it. The place really should just get shut down and an entire team change. You'd be better off buying food from a stranger on the sidewalk.

Zero. Do NOT eat here! Literally served rotten Mac and cheese. The workers were rude. The ambiance yelp asks a review for was gross, worn out, and dirty. The soda machine was broken. Tables caution taped because they 're broken off the wall. Messaged corporate because they 're a franchisee I couldn 't get my money back unless the store manager or owner contacted me back. Even looked into their health department records. how they passed is beyond me.

Don’t stop here if you’re thinking about it. Never me took my order and told me there was nothing on the menu to serve. Person taking the order was extremely rude so we left. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
