It was very well suited to our demands and made a superb cold buffet, composed of local and seasonal ingredients, which we also wanted vegetarian for our 50 guests, welcomed in our garden. Everyone has feasted from the entrance to the dessert, proof that it is possible to make a full and delicious buffet without meat. We especially enjoyed the zero-waste approach, all being delivered in beautiful dishes and trays. We thank Ryma and his team, who contributed to the magic of this day.
Here, you can eat, take away, stop, discuss as I have done personally with chef Ryma who gladly shares his spicy culinary discoveries. In a cocooning setting with some exhibitions so chic and bohemian, the restaurant with stone walls is located in the historic centre of Vienna. The dishes are in the flavors of the world and Ryma, which I came to see the day before I wanted to adapt the Jazz menu in Vienna, to please my guests and she ordered fish directly in front of me... It is not everywhere that we meet this kind of ease and kindness. The place is friendly where you eat well, good and healthy. A place where one feels well. If you’re on Vienna or not and want to treat yourself, don’t miss seeing Ryma this chef who is easily approached and who makes you well.
A very good surprise... who deserves it! Parking in the corner on a Saturday night is just impossible!! If we ignore this problem, everything else is very pleasant. The place is nice, tastefully decorated but with no ostentatory. We had chosen a table in a corner of the room, with armchairs: tranquility and comfort. The staff is very attentive, which is very appreciable, and the fast service, which is as much. The kitchen is original and delicious; However, it can shock some palates, and some habits: the card changes every two/three days depending on the products of the market...and you have to accept to adapt; For example, in dessert, I had chosen a white/red fruit cheese, I finished with strawberries and Greek cheese. Well, it's the style of the house, casual and friendly, but it doesn't remove anything from the quality of the kitchen. The creamy polenta with asparagus was just excellent, and the velvety with mushrooms. Well, the entrance I took (Lebanese fashion knights), it was less successful but it was a casting error on my part, because nothing else was trying to me. Go ahead and have a good time relaxed, and get an idea!
This restaurant allows to taste several cultures. For my part, I chose to eat a chakchouka d'Aurès and was pleasantly surprised. It was very spicy, the olive oil was of very good quality. I recommend the chocolate melt if you are greedy like me! I've enjoyed it!
