The special crunchy rolls and the tuna-sashimi were particularly popular. Had no fat tuna or urine that are my favorites, but what we ordered was really good. Service was good.
Nice Japanese place, clean, food is fine, portions are medium, location is right in front of the Japanese embassy, very comfortable, parking is on the street, and is usually busy. Service us very nice and attentive. Food crash very fast and it was made fresh. Prices are not bad, average for lao restaurant for foreigners. Will definitely be back for more food and try some desserts. They also have a TV to watch football matches.
A great place to dine Japanese food in Vientiane right in front of the Japanese Embassy. Small place, so you can talk to some noise some time, especially people or play kids. If you can't, don't come and complain.
Service is slow due to the lack of staff, so be prepared for slow service if you're there during peak hours. But the food certainly makes up for it. Everything is great, besides their sashimi/sushi pieces (I think their forte are non-sushi and non-sashini items). Their food is perfect for sharing with friends and to go with alcohol. Can be pricey as other top-tier Japanese restaurants in town, if you don't keep track of your orders. *Tips: Do sit upstairs if you don't want your clothes to smell.
Run by a Japanese, the restaurant offers quite variety of original taste. Price is a bit high, but it is surely is one of a few restaurant that you can enjoy real Japanese food.
