Great crepes and galettes good service friendly and worth a visit try the cider too! Ate outside clean and would return
As I said the staff was rude, commenting something about us at loud with each other something in French, from what I understood they didn 't heard our `bonjour` good enough. So each of us would had to repeat it many times loud enough to get the menu. We ordered crepes anyway since we couldn 't find any creperie in vicinity and wanted crepes. The crepes looked like they were cooked ahead and then just cooked again for us to make them warm again as a result we got burnt crepes and I mean burnt looking burnt and tasting burnt. And there wasn 't many people at the restaurant at the moment, so there was no reason for rush. And the prices were really high for this kind of experience (bad food, rude staff, very average looking restaurant at not very special place) like 4 7 euros. Our worst experience in a long time stay away.
We LOVED creperie La Falaise and went out of our way to visit for a 2nd salted caramel and caramel ice cream crepe before the end of our week-long Normandy visit. The 2 owners were so kind and welcoming to our family (the 2 of us, 3 noisy children and a mischievous Jack Russell pup, Barney . There was a nice atmosphere of regular clients, sports on TV (tennis! , and the personal service makes it the perfect post-beach pitstop for a 4pm gouter!
14 August 2017.2 crêpes with nutella1 crêpe with sugar1 crêpe with chocolate to take away: 21€50. It's a shame. Friendliness is not on the date. Don't go.
