The service was terrible! The waitress had an attitude as if she would do us a favor by taking our order and not just doing her job. She pretended they paid us for it. But that wasn't all, she never came back to the table after she had brought the lunch to see if someone needed anything. She just returned to get the check. Because the tables are very small and we were a group of five adults and a child, we could not fit everything we ordered on the table and it was very unpleasant. Once we're done eating the Sancocho, every family member had to remove the plates and put on another table because there was no waitress who would do the job. According to the bill, the tip is voluntary, but they automatically added it to the account so that you have to pay it. Even if the waitress didn't deserve it. But we had only one night of hot water in our room, we called and they said nothing was wrong. That was unpleasant. We also had a really hard time to get in touch with the hotel for information and when we did that every person has different answers for the same question. Very inconsistent and this is something they really need to fix. We had to go to a resort for the first time to make a reservation first, which was absurd, but we still booked it because it was nice. Yes, they have a water park, but it's a long walk from the hotel side. Food wasn't bad at all, many decisions. The workers and paramedics are wonderful, but the woman who checked us had an attitude problem from the moment we said hi. My whole family noticed so that this was not a first good impression when the other girl came in to see us in it, it became better. But the rest of the staff is very helpful. The rooms are very clean. Air conditioning is amazing! And all the rooms have it. A beautiful place for a few days.

You can find better food for less, or maybe we just had bad luck because this place was highly recommended by locals, although we didn't get the feeling it was that we found other better and smaller places. We had a pickada and a robbery marinero, which was just ok nothing extraordinary and service was a little slow.

Solo regreso para traer la cuenta, Como las mesas son muy pequenas y eramos un grupo grande no cabia todo lo que habiamos pedido y era muy incomodo, asi que nos toco apenas ibamos terminando de comer el sancocho a notoros mismos retirar los platos de cada familiar y ponerlos en otra mesa, pues no habia mesera quine lo hiciera. Pero eso si para la propina que segun ellos es voluntaria se la ponen el cuenta para que uno para que la tenga que pagar. Muy decepcionada del lugar.
