Contribuisci feedbackIt was a really bad experience, after a request to reduce the volume of the music because it was too loud and it was impossible to enjoy the place, since our request and a couple of customers were not attended.
The staff and the manager are so rude!!! When we took the tickets the terms and conditions were in Portuguese and even when changing the language on the website, the terms and conditions were still in Portuguese. The day of our visit, it was raining in porto so we called them in order to cancel and get a half refund because we couldn't go to the beach since it was raining. The manager was rude he refused and then hung up. Cases like these should be taken into consideration and a half refund or something should be done.
We went there for lunch to eat sushi but without reservation it was not possible.We staid on the snack restaurant instead. Very relaxed atmosphere with excellent service. The food is simple and good. You can rent sunbeds there. Nice house music. To try.
Service is very bad. Some orders were forgotten and some orders came 30/45 mins later (even for drinks). Pet-friendly place.
It is the perfect spot to watch the sunset with great Moet and comfortable beds and chairs. Service is really great.
