Cantarinha Do Guadiana

The food and wine at Cantarinha do Guadiana are excellent. We particularly like the Monkfish Rice with Prawns. The wine list is extensive. The service is professional, attentive but not bothersome. On a Sunday evening in October after a very stormy afternoon, the restaurant filled up but was quiet and relaxed.

Stopped by for lunch during a day trip to vila real de santo antonio. we went during off season so it wasn’t very busy and were the only table sitting outside. felt like an authentic portuguese restaurant experience. server was not particularly warm but not offensive either. the food was good but not amazing the clam rice was delicious but found the rice to be a bit hard for my liking. probably wouldn’t go out of my way to return to this restaurant.

Authentic, genuine and totally delicious Portuguese food. So many delicious things, it was difficult to choose- we will have to keep going back to try them all!

Ambiente acolhedor e caseiro, restaurante tradicional . Somos sempre muito bem recebidos. Voltamos sempre que pudermos. Um ponto de paragem sempre que por cá passamos. Aconselhamos a toda gente a visitar este restaurante. Service: Dine in

Hemos venido a comer en familia. Comida rica, salvo los postres que nos parecieron no del día. Me pareció un poco caro, ej.: 23 euros un plato de almejas ?! ! .
