This little place, opposite the local primary school and health centre, opens only for lunch between 11:30 and 15:00. It 's menu of the day is popular with locals and so there is a steady flow of customers. We seemed to be the only customers ordering à la carte the server was keen for us to choose from the 'menu de dia ' so it was necessary to ask twice for the main menu and then we had to wait 45 minutes for our food to arrive. Once on the table the pork tenderloin and king prawns proved to be delicious. They were served on a steel skewer with rice and some unappetising fries would have much preferred some salad or vegetables. If they opened in the evenings and sorted out the lengthy delay we would eat here more often because the cooking is generally good. Little to no English spoken. They will take credit cards over 20 Euros.
