Very rich. With my partner, we asked for a milanesa to the Neapolitan and a trout to the black butter. both spectacular dishes and super fit to share! we arrived around 12.30 and the food came very quickly. Now, then there were several tour combis and it was noticed that a little staff was missing to attend. 10/10
Excellent! a first-class restaurant in a small town, traful. I enjoyed a trout to the Provençal how I did not eat . excellent attention and very well-stocked prices. essential to go.
Very good restaurantspectacular menu and food
The best teeladen of villa traful! cheap, beautiful and with very fresh plum cake and berries. it can be a little overcrowded to tee time, but it is worth waiting.
Villa Traful is a village in the middle of nowhere, about 1.5 hours from San Martín de los Andes and about the same distance from Bariloche, with about the last 30 minutes on a dirt road. It's feels like a step back in time, and...in a beautiful setting. Worth a visit for sure, and Nancu Lahuen makes it that much more worth the visit. It's in a pretty wooden building with a thatched roof (don't get it confused with the confiteria/chocolate shop adjacent to it). They have trout served 5 different ways, and I ordered it with lemon (the simplest preparation). I had had trout twice before the two previous days in Bariloche and while they were decent, this one was out of this world! It was clearly as fresh as it gets (no doubt from the lake 100m away) and cooked to perfection. Vegetables to accompany were all made from scratch, as was the home-made bread (served warm). Service was very good, attentive, friendly and patient. Almost worth the long detour to Villa Traful just to eat here!
