Captain B's Shrimp House Ii

I ordered a pound of regular shrimp to go, as I'm driving home I started to eat my shrimp and noticed they were very hard and dry, unable to even chew through them, in my opinion I was sold an old batch that was refried and refuse to ever return to this establishment!Service: 3/5

There are two locations of this counter service restaurant, both West Suburban. The breading on the shrimp is a little thick and bland compared to other places, but the clam strips are lighter and have a greater flavor. Half the seats are a gaming room, so plan to take out, and there is a 4% upcharge for using a card for payment. Warning that the catfish has bones kept me from ordering it. The sauces don't cut through the breading, so not much help. The counter service was polite, informative, and exact on my wait time.

First time having it, and these guys killed it. Haven’t had fried clam and shrimp like this since I was a kid. Can’t wait to see how the frog legs are.Food: 5/5

I am a shrimp lover. Nice size shrimp here, little heavey batter but good.Try the jumbo dinner with cold slaw and fries.. my fav!Food: 4/5

Recommend to ask for lightly breaded shrimp.Cole slaw fresh and juicy not a Dry taste.
