Casa Sol Tex-mex Grill - Villa Rica

I like going here! They started making a buffet on Sunday, so I decided to try. Everyone was so friendly, was quickly sitting and ordered quickly. There was a nice variety on the buffet, but I felt that some of the dishes needed a little taste. But some were in place! Fortunately, I came there as soon as they were open at 11 a.m. until I was gone, it was really filled! I bet after the church is packed.

This place advertises the best Fajitas, so we went in to check it. The portion size was impressive and the taste was definitely in my top 10% favorite places to get Fajitas! The restaurant is also colorfully decorated and the service is slow but friendly.

We have visited this restaurant for 13 years, the service is never really the best? anyway, but we had the WORST experience a few nights ago. We had a younger woman than our waitress and the rib she had with me, my 7 and 5 years ago. (Maybe she was intimidated because we seemed close to age and she seemed to be a waitress? Not sure. We ordered our food, we've come back here for years and order every time we come. Well, the food came out and mine was wrong, not a big deal, I said he's sorry that my order is wrong? And with the evil attitude, our waitress ARGUED didn't even say a nice tone and said? She didn't order that. I didn't get it wrong? we were very confused with ?okay? We just want to fix it and we were told? If you had ordered it for the first time? starting to argue aggressively with my husband, again IN FRONT OF OUR CHILDREN, I shut it out and asked for another server and she said she could not do that. We found the manager and asked one and immediately got another. In return, the waitress we used to huddle around the bar with the other servers that laugh about us and talk loud enough about us to hear. The whole experience was unpleasant. Before we spoke to the SAME Manager again and we said it was special and literally NOTHING was done about the scenario. They allowed the staff to treat us so unprofessional. I was and I'm still really horrified. Sure to say it is NOT an environment for children and families. We will return NIE and report the incident of BBB

We tried Casa sol again after a bad experience a while ago. Today we were very impressed. The food was fresh, hot and delicious! We had the buffet and it was always in stock and had many choices as back before Kovid times. I definitely give it 5 stars! We're coming back and bringing friends?

Great atmosphere and food. The steak, shrimp and chicken in my Casa Sol Burrito were tender, tasty and cooked to perfection. I've paid much more at other restaurants for food half as good. Well done! Everyone was pleasant and genuinely concerned that we had a great experience. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area.
