The staff here is incredibly friendly and always greets you with a smile! They are quick to take your order, and the drive-thru process is really smooth. The food is fresh, and the drinks are perfectly made. I also really enjoy their seating areas, which have convenient spots for charging laptops and phones.
I consistently give this Starbucks five stars! I stop by every morning for a drink before work, and the staff is incredibly friendly. On the rare occasion when they accidentally add cream or milk to my drink (since I can't have dairy), they are always really accommodating when I request a dairy-free option. If I had to pick a specific barista to recognize, I wouldn't be able to choose just one because they all are absolutely fantastic!
This is the slowest service I've ever experienced at Starbucks! The lines barely move. I should have gone to Dunkin' instead.
When we visited the restaurant, there was no manager available to address our concerns about our drinks. We ordered the toasted vanilla with oat milk and espresso shaken, but unfortunately, the drinks weren't properly shaken. They had all the layers intact from when they were made. When we brought this up, the staff member informed us that this is how the drink is supposed to be prepared. Really? I expected an espresso drink where the espresso was evenly mixed, not just sitting at the bottom. Additionally, it's never a good idea to argue with customers; instead, just resolve the issue.
