Burger King - Villa Ridge

The staff is always busy but not in a good way. The food is not fresh, in fact some of the appetizers I ordered were so hard they were almost impossible to eat. It seemed like they had been sitting out for a long time, they were practically empty inside. Additionally, some of the employees were very impolite.

The manager Sam was extremely rude they did not give me fries with my large order and I got home and had to come back. She demanded a receipt when I got there or she would not give me the fries I paid for. I eventually got my boyfriend to send a picture of it.she did not even apologize for this huge inconvenience. Will not be back to this establishment

Burger King used to be my favorite fast food Burger joint but it has really went downhill over the years. We're lucky to even have the cheese melted these days. It's too bad. They need to reinvent themselves. Nothing has noticeably changed in 20 years except price.

Woulda gave em five, but even after they asked me what kinda condiments I wanted, they forgot to put em in the bag!
