Very fast and friendly staff service

I just went to drive, the person was unpleasant in the first place at my order. I asked them to find an arrangement as their competitor did because they no longer had what I wanted. The manager joined us at my request. I had no alternative and not at the same rate so seeing that they wanted to make every effort. I canceled the order and ordered somewhere else, the starting person well mentioned a dry review without any form of politeness. I know I don't always have nice customers but this person should largely review his ways of talking to clients or changing work if it doesn't fit him.
