Chieftans Restaurant Bar

We were a large party, so understanding we couldn’t be accommodated without reservations. Our party was put in separate booths so we couldn’t talk to each other. Service was extremely slow. I ordered a glass of wine, which was a quarter filled (not here for a tasting). I also ordered a burger, no bun and no fries. When I asked for a side salad I was told it would be extra. First and last time here!

Awesome experience on Saint Patricks Day! The service was great, the management (Jane) was exceptional. We were seated promptly and service was fast and friendly. A proper pour of Guinness set the tone for a great meal of corned beef and cabbage for me and Irish stew for my spouse. Did I mention the scones? They are excellent as well. As we were finishing the manager came by to ensure all was well, she took a moment to show us around this beautiful restaurant. We could not be more pleased with our experience. We will be back soon!

I love coming to visit this beautiful lil restaurant/bar when I come upstate from Long Island. The food is always phenomenal as well as the staff. If you are looking for a fun place to go, check uit out! They have a huge space for parties as well.. Parking: also parking on main st and across the street if you cant find any in their lot

This place never disappoints. Food is so good, portions are generous. Presentation is lovely. We love the little nooks you can sit in to dine. Each table has its own feel. Only one complaint if you will, the two seater tables are a bit small.
