Phil's Chicken House

What a fantastic dining experience! This was my first visit, and I happened to ride my motorcycle aimlessly around the southern area of northern PA when I stumbled upon this gem. Our server was incredibly friendly and, since we were new customers, she shared the history of the restaurant along with a thorough explanation of the menu options. We decided to try the buffet, which was excellent! Where else can you find Cornell recipe chicken that isn't just grilled on the side of the road? I've definitely added Phil's to my list of places to revisit!

And to top it all off, the service was fantastic! Our server was friendly, quick, and attentive. The buffet was the cleanest, freshest, and best stocked buffet I've ever experienced. All of this for less than $15? That's an incredible value. Phil's has transformed from a place I never thought to try into one of my favorite spots overnight. Please don’t change, Phil! You’re doing everything right!

This restaurant is fantastic! The chicken is consistently moist and juicy, and the soups are also quite impressive. For lunch, they offer a variety of soups that change regularly, and they're always delicious. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. I find myself stopping by about once a week to grab some chicken to take home. And don't miss the peanut butter cake—it's outstanding!

Always good food and service. The prices are also great. We always recommend it. We bring friends from Cortland to introduce them to Phils. Stop the good work.

The food is great and the price is reasonable . The Broccoli Soup is to die for and the salad bar is the best. Soon they'll have the famous Strawberry Shortcake.
