Bruegger's Bagels - Village of Fairport

Always delicious. I don't like the fact they charge more for specific bagels.

I preordered 2 dozen bagels for pick up. When I got there they weren’t ready but the gentleman working(? Manager) quickly got the order ready. He couldn’t have been more apologetic and went out of his way to make it right. I will continue to bring my business to this site!

The food was as expected but I don’t want to be ignored about the biggest issue, so I’ll speak only of this.Huge dining room and no tables or chairs for people to sit! There are also no outdoor tables. We love to grab bagels as a healthy meal between errands, but where do we eat? It’s not costing you any money to let customers eat in the restaurant, but I hope it will continue to cost you good reviews until you come to your senses and fix it.

The best bagels in Rochester with lots of great flavor choices. My one complaint is that since the pandemic they still have not brought back dining in! Infuriating! We had to eat in the car!

Fantastic New York style bagels. Cream cheese was delicious too! Friendly staff.
