Contribuisci feedbackI've had multiple issues with this location. I regularly order curbside pickup, and I've had to call multiple times to ask where my order was after waiting 20 minutes. To top if off, I've had issues where they give me the completely wrong thing.
8:30pm Friday. Service could not have been any slower, at the drive-thru, and the young man server couldn't have been any more disrespectful. He gave us only part of our order, and left! I had to honk my horn to get him back to the window! And he saidmy card was declined, Which it was Not! After finally completing the order, all he did was laugh. We will Not be going backto Perinton Panera Bread
I have yet to receive a hot meal. Soup is always cold, the grilled cheese is awful. The salads are saggy and browned. I do complain, and am reimbursed but hope they get their act together.
I was having a ?discussion? with the cashier when someone came marching in and rudely interrupted our conversation. She never introduced herself or told me her position within company. She merely wanted to insult me which she did. I assume she was amanager, or so she thought. I wouldn?t write this but that person?s attitude can?t go unsaid. She was rude to say the least. Noneed to escalate the situation which she certainly did. How do these people get hired? What a shame..
Slow service, and no self-serve cups. I'm a Sip Club member, so I can grab my morning coffee and get in and out quickly. Not anymore. They have removed the self-serve cups, so you have to request them at the counter. That would be fine if there wereever any staff at the counter. I've waited up to 5-10 minutes just to get a cup, when there was no one else in line. Staff justwalking past me, doing other things, but no one manning the registers. What used to be a time saver is now costing me time. I'mdone.
