Zheng's Chinese Cookery

If you're feeling hungry, I wouldn't recommend ordering from this place. We were told our order would be ready in 15-20 minutes, but it ended up taking over an hour and a half. While it's understandable, given that they are one of the few Chinese restaurants open on a Tuesday, it was still frustrating. After waiting an hour in the restaurant, we called for an update and were told our food was ready. However, when we arrived, they charged our card but informed us that our order wasn't actually ready yet. Finally, when we got our food home, we discovered they hadn't given us any sauce. To make matters worse, the pork bun we ordered turned out to be a hot dog. They might be more reliable on other days of the week, but I strongly advise against ordering here on a Tuesday.

It might be time to hire a new delivery person. Hiring someone who speaks English fluently could really improve your service and save you some money. Unfortunately, the current delivery guy has limited English skills and a dismissive attitude, which doesn't help matters. Plus, I've noticed that navigating directions can be a challenge for the staff as well.

I absolutely love this restaurant! I recently moved to the island and was looking for a great Chinese food spot. This place has the best dumplings, and everything else I've tried is equally impressive. I haven’t tasted anything that hasn’t met my expectations. The food always tastes fresh, it's cooked to order, the portion sizes are generous, and the delivery is incredibly quick!

Green pepper beef rice 8 yuan, now is a cheap lunch, the food is very good, recommended

Best Chinese around, 100%. We’ve been ordering from here since we moved to NY back in the early 2000s, I’ve tried other Chinese places but nowhere compares to this place! Quality is always good and consistent and the food is always fast, fresh and correct! Love love love this place <3
