Subway - Village of Herkimer

11/25/2023 2:30 p.mDisgusting. Over a dozen huge flies flying all over the vegetables and meats and cheeses, landing on all of it with nothing covered. On top of that everything looking old and withered like it hasn’t been changed out in days. Workers look like they just crawled out of the sewer and unhygienic. The woman worker couldn’t even be bothered to greet or say someone will be right with you, then the male worker exits directly from the bathroom and goes and puts gloves on without even washing his hands before preparing food. This subway needs to get audited and shut down before someone gets very sick.!

Surprisingly good, and the service was great. Glad to see there are still some good subways around.

The female employee that works in the morning is completely miserable! If you don’t like your job get a new one! Made our subs wrong, wrong ingredients. At first I thought she was just having a bad day but it’s been everytime she has a customer she is horrible and miserable but the second she gets to sit in the back on her phone she’s happy.

Service at any Subway largely depends on who is working that day. When we stopped by, we had a great employee who was fast, efficient, and polite.It was one of the better Subway experiences I've had!

Can be hit or miss. Sometimes I really crave subway and it hits the spot, other times, it is honestly really bad. When it’s bad, the sandwich is soggy instead of toasted, and it has way too much sauce on it. Their chocolate chip cookies are always good and make a good addition to the meal.
