Giavano's - Village of Hudson Falls

They used to make quite daring good pizzas, but in the last few months there must have been some change in staff because pizzas have been overcooked and almost scratched. I ordered a pure cheese pizza today, in the afternoon when they weren't busy and my pizza was overcooked. Not sure I'll take more chances.

I'm not sure what has happened to this place! Perhaps there are new cooks or owners? My order was completely wrong, and the food was terrible! I wanted to order Alfredo, but it hasn't been available during my past visits. The Strawberry Shortcake tasted like it had been frozen for years—I had to spit it out because it was so bad. I tried to call to speak with someone, but they never got back to me! I live in Fort Ann; otherwise, I would have returned the food. This meal cost me $40, and I won't be ordering from them again! I’m sharing this to save others from wasting their money.

If I didn't give stars. Bad service in the city and the food SUCKS. Last week an order for wings and pizza. Pizza was WRONG, (not what I ordered) and the wings were so undercooked, we probably got food poisoning from eating raw chicken! When I drove all the way back to make them right, they gave me an attitude! The woman's manager has to teach people's skills. She has no one. I'll get NIE back.

Stopped there before work and ordered spaghetti and meatballs with Italian sausage. Got my order handed to me in a paper bag, the young girl placed my salad in a plastic bag and off I went to work. I got to work two miles from the pizzeria and when I picked up the paper bag it was leaking all over my car and I turned with it to get it out of my car and the bottom gave out of the bag and went all over car,me and ground. So mad of the sloppy way of Togo is handled and spent almost $12 for nothing. I called and was on hold for along time and they said they would replace it and I declined, I'm at work and not able to leave till morning.

I ordered a large pizza, a dozen wings, and bleu cheese for pick-up. When I arrived, they informed me that they had lost my order! Seriously? Given the amount of time I had to wait, I should have received it for free. From now on, I'm heading to South Glens Falls instead.
