My experience was terrible, and the server named Jack was extremely rude.

My wife and I both ordered the Steakhouse Burger—hers came with fries, while mine was served with tater tots. We also shared a jumbo pretzel that was hanging on a hook and came with beer cheese for dipping. The food portions were generous, and the burgers were delicious, especially when paired with the jumbo pretzel. After finishing half of the pretzel, I struggled to eat my burger!
