Pizza Hut Wing Street

Every time we've been there, the woman taking orders either doesn't write down what we ask for, resulting in frequent mistakes that drive us crazy, or she takes our order and then forgets about it once she goes to the back.

This is an excellent restaurant with delicious food that is always fresh and flavorful. They stay open late, and the place is always clean. The service is quick and comes with a friendly smile. Highly recommend!

I ordered a pizza for pickup, but it was made incorrectly. When I spoke to the girl who was working there, she was quite rude. I asked for a refund, and she tossed the money at me.

Ordered online for pick up. Staff was friendly and food was delicious and hot. Only the order wasn't correct. Ordered a big dinner box, but I selected custom pizzas for both. One was supposed to have all 3 toppings and the other was supposed to be half plain and half veggie. We did not get the half plain as ordered. If that was an extra charge I would've been happy to pay it. Why give me an option for left, right, full if you're not going to follow it or if it's not allowed on that deal?

This place has really declined rapidly. I ordered a large three-topping pizza, but what I received had only six pieces of pepperoni and barely any of the other two toppings. Furthermore, it seemed like the pizza was taken off the oven belt too soon, as the cheese wasn’t fully melted. The soda was flat as well. It’s disappointing because it hasn’t always been like this. When I asked about my order being for a fountain soda instead of a 20 oz bottle like it used to be, I was told that they’re in the process of being sold and don’t really care to look into the difference—how surprising! I wouldn’t be shocked if this place ends up closing down entirely, just like the one in Monticello.
