Pelham Plaza Gourmet

We ordered food from here for our daughter’s graduation party. After sampling food at several other places, we decided Pelham Gourmet was our favorite. The pernil (roast pork) we ordered was delicious, everyone was asking where it was from and couldn’t stop talking about it. The maduros were also terrific. Our only complaint was we ordered arroz con gandules and we didn’t receive that. We received something labeled “Spanish rice” (there were no gandules in it). Not a huge deal because it was still good, but it wasn’t what we had ordered. We definitely recommend trying this place if you are hosting a party or event and need to order food. There is a great selection of different foods to choose from, and everything we sampled was really good!

It's ok. I go to the nail salon once a month, but there's hardly any parking do to the laundry mat

The prices listed for sandwiches are more than a year old, so make sure you ask before you buy. And they charge extra for paying with a card... but that's not posted anywhere. I bought a reuben sandwich that was listed as 7.99 but I was charged $11. Food is good, but not worth those prices.

This store is pretty much a legendary already. Always friendly staff. Fresh food literally right off the stove.

Purchased what I needed but found the meat section low on many items. Prices getting out of control like everywhere
