Very busy night due to holiday weekend. My son had a live fly in his cocktail which they replaced. When all the entrees were delivered to our table, mine was left out. They apparently forgot to make it and gave me a dish of lettuce to hold me over while I waited for the order to come. It came when the rest of our party was mostly done with their entrees. They didn't charge me for my entree and replaced my son's drink with a bugless one. They also gave us two free desserts. The staff was very embarrassed by their poor service. But I thought the manager should have come over and apologized.

I live in Manhattan and about a year ago I dined here for a friend's birthday. I remembered how good the food was so decided it would be nice to dine there again I chose Mother's day because my son lives in Long Island and he is always shlepping into the city. Time to give him a break! The food was absolutely delicious, the service was excellent, and the restaurant is pretty. Usually holidays are not well received by us, although we do partake in celebrating them. This was such a pleasant surprise. We will return and so will our son and girlfriend. Yummy food!

We spend Mother's Day here and it was nothing short of amazing. The food was utterly delicious and service was great. Our waitress was very attentive and recommended some great choices for us. Drinks were superb as well. Ambiance was fairly quiet considering the place was fully packed and booked. I would 1000% recommend coming here!

I ordered the carne Asada and it was absolutely awful so expensive for so little steak. It came with a ton of cooked peppers and salad. Price wise the meal isn’t worth it.

My husband and I haven't been to Besito in years, so I surprised him with a date night there! It was such a nice dinner! The restaurant was pretty full, but somehow it wasn't super noisy and we could hear the salsa music playing in the background. The service was EXCELLENT — friendly staff, lots of smiles, and the food came out quickly. We had the iron skillet tacos (mine was steak and my husband's was mixto). Delicious! We also had the sweet plantains and yuca fries, which were excellent. And the white sangria — YUM!!!! And let's not forget the guac and chips — so fresh and really good! Overall, 10/10. We'll definitely be back!
