Dunkin' - Village of Saranac Lake

I believe this is the best Dunkin' in the world! I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about, but I've never had a bad cup of coffee or a negative experience with any of the staff here. I wish I could give more than five stars because they truly deserve it. Keep up the great work, everyone—you all are doing an amazing job!

I really appreciate the staff at this restaurant. I ordered a coffee from Malone, but it was prepared incorrectly. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to resolve it before heading to work. When I called them directly, they offered to replace my coffee for the mix-up. Every time I visit or go through the drive-thru, the staff is always cheerful and upbeat. This is exactly how excellent customer service should be, especially in these times.
