Sorrentino's Deli Market

The staff at the deli counter were friendly and accommodating on a Sunday afternoon, and the butchers were equally attentive—even though I was just browsing and didn’t make a purchase. Still, if I ever need a steak or filet (which I do very rarely), I’ll be sure to come here. Everything in the store looks fresh and spotless. We ordered three subs: a pastrami, a Sorrentino special (an Italian sub), and a turkey. The pastrami received high praise as the best my friend had ever tasted, and the Italian sub also got rave reviews, especially for its flavorful Italian seasoning. I thoroughly enjoyed my turkey hero. While waiting for our sandwiches, we spotted some enticing desserts in the display case, so we treated ourselves to a couple of cannolis and an eclair, both of which were delightful. I will definitely be returning and will no longer look anywhere else for subs. Sorrentino’s has become my go-to spot.

I work out of Delmar New York and one of my coworkers had to go to Clifton Park area. He came back with three meatball subs yesterday. He told us that we were about to eat the most incredible sub. I don't really crave meatball subs at all but they were indeed incredible.. This morning I asked him the name of the place that he got the subs from and he said Sorrentino's. The sauce was so tasty and the meatballs were like I have never had before. It was hot and huge. One sub cut in half was my lunch and the other half my dinner. I googled Sorrentino's hoping it was a restaurant. It's a deli ! I have to go to Halfmoon today and I will be getting another one to go and will try something else. Fantastic food! Just perfect. All four of us agree

Exceptional quality! Absolutely worth the journey from Albany. This was my first visit, and I will definitely be returning!

If only the health department could conduct surprise inspections without notice...

Imported cheese and meats are delicious. However, if you are going to this store thinking about how wonderful the customer service is going to be. You will be severely disappointed. The deli workers look at you like you are disrespectful and disgusting for interrupting their conversations, the butchers make it seem like you don’t exist, and the check out persons are just mad all the way around. No matter how you approach these workers please beware it’s not you it’s them. To encounter such remarkably horrible customer service across all facets of a company makes it very difficult to say “wow we had such a great time, it was so wonderful blah blah blah” the way your staff treats your customers effectively taints the taste and quality of the food. I would recommend a “smile policy or smile incentive” something to make the situation improve. We won’t be back and it’s a shame because this place has been a staple in the community.
