Worst TB, I've ever been too. Poor food prep and whiny employees. Never again.

Takes forever to get food, and there was barely anything on the shell.

Fresh food good atmosphere everything is cooked to perfection...

Tim Hortons in Niagara Falls charged me for a menu item they didn 't have this evening, and prompty refunded my money cheerfully. They didn 't: Steal my money Make me order something of similar value Require that I order something I didn 't wantTake that Springville NY Taco Bell/KFC. Learn from this and justify your employment created by us, the customers that you steal from when you create what the Federal Trade Commission calls bait and switch , which is when you take money for a good or service you have no intention of delivering.

Every single time I come here they always mess up my order. I do not want to have to go back for a third time for them to make my order correct. Make it correct the first time. If someone has to come up make it correct the second time you guys are moving too fast trying to push the customer out you're not even paying attention to what you're doing. You're not even listening to what the customer is saying. Pay attention. Horrible customer service. Horrible food.
