Staff is horribly rude. Pizza is inconsistent. Sometimes it's doughy other times burnt. Unless Tim makes it. Amateur hour in Tupper. Needs better staff. If they spent the amount of time inside cleaning as they do outside smoking cigarettes the quality might be better. Whole place needs a revamp and menu update. I have worked in food service and will say the place is filthy. I can't imagine what USDA food safety would rate it. Food: 2
I always order delivery and have never posted a review before. I have been eating guidos since I was little, many changes over the years, and some inconsistency from day to day depending on the cook etc. I however have always been a fan of the calzone with the ricotta goodness, my last two purchases have been very disappointing and not like I have been served before. I gave a second chance but to order out these days for us is a luxury and to be disappointed twice expecting what we are used to and didn't receive.
I can't speak to the pizza, as I have only ordered chicken wings; but each time I have, they have been outstanding! The wings are very big (says jumbo on menu not kidding! , very juicy, and have perfectly crispy skin (I order well done/extra crispy and have not been disappointed . For sauces, I've tried the Buffalo medium, sweet and sour, and BBQ all were great! Thanks Guido's, I will be back. Service: Dine in
