Favourite food. Usually fast lines. The warm comfort food is perfect after a long day of shopping. Deshawn was really helpful and made great menu recommendation

Solid sandwich and mac n cheese for lunch. Fast and annoying in the midst of the mass and the hustle of Labor Day.

Overpriced and small portions. We had 2 chicken sandwiches for the cost I expected a lot more chicken on them, a side of frits and 1 bottle of water (over $3 and that cost me over $30. The chicken when you got into it a bit basically came out of 1 piece. It literally didn't break apart when it bite. From all options in this food dish I would not recommend this

Very short staff. 3 employees who manage the entire business at Labor Day Weekend are just unfair to employees. One treated the cashier while the other two ran around to make food. The order lasted 20 minutes. Poor management.

The worst place to have a 13 usd salad. You have absolutely nothing but a large bowl of Roman salad. Half of the ingredients are missing. The business is so bad and they can't afford to fix the signage light that says Melt? as part of the brand. Try to avoid your best. And btw, what about the checkout that carries a Jersey Mike's Sub Baseball Cap and all the Jersey Mike napkins? I thought I'd eat in the Melt Shop?
