La Sourderie - Villaines-la-Juhel

Visited mid week with the whole family of us plus a baby the welcome was warm and the waitress was wonderful with the kids! They took the kids orders first (all pizza or pasta) which came out quickly and then we ordered...steaks, amazing seafood salads and wonderful veal escalopes washed down with cider and a very lovely and reasonably priced wine. Desserts were fabulous too and the whole meal was excellent value even better to find a local restaurant that is open in the evenings (a rarity in the countryside) and offering such a great range of dishes! Can't wait to go back!

We know, visit and appreciate several lunchtime restaurants near Pré en Pail, and were keen to try out La Sourderie to see if it was another goodie. The sandwich board outside advertised courses, cheese and a drink for It sounded good. The reality...was a little different. The three courses were OK-ish, but nothing to write home about. The cheese was noticeable by its absence. Nothing at all. Worst of all, our included' drinks cost We shall not go back, and advise others to give it a miss too. Try the Relais des Avaloirs at Boulay Les Ifs, or Le Restaurant de St Aignan at St Aignan de Couptrain. Both about away, and much, much better. Genuinely four courses, and a full litre of red wine or cider, for around

Je vous conseille ce restaurant qui sert une cuisine excellente avec une grande varité de plats. L'acceuil et le service est parfait.Je recommande si vous voulez bien manger

Un pur bonheur que cet établissement , Annabelle vous êtes exceptionnelle comme la cuisine concoctée par votre ami Mikael , ne changez rien , cuisine simple mais de bonne qualité et quantité !!! prix plus que correct et crépe flambée calva a tomber ;) nous reviendrons sans hésitation .... Bonne chance pour l avenir .....

Le jeune couple propose une cuisine traditionnelle copieuse avec des bons produits. Néanmoins, certains mets ne répondent pas aux attentes gustatives (trop salée, trop sucrée, trop cuit par exemple) . L'accueil est chaleureux et dynamique.
