I have been going there for 2 years for hikes in the Écrins park and it is always a pleasure to return. Quiet, simple, peaceful and rejuvenating cottage. Always well received by Denis (the owner) who is very accommodating. I don't agree with some comments (especially on booking) which say that the place is dilapidated. On the contrary, old building but very well maintained and very clean (it requires a lot of effort to maintain this type of building). The catering is of very good quality, the dishes are very good and a lot of effort is made to satisfy the customer. I recommend very favorably and I thank Denis and Frédérique for the stays.

Superb cottage! Great hosts! Generous, helpful. The meals are very good, even excellent. The beds are ok. The water is lukewarm... but hey, the warm atmosphere of this gîte, and its hosts are really great. The great place to sleep not far from la meije or the plateau demparis.
