La Gaufriere - Ville-Marie

This restaurant is the go-to spot for locals looking for breakfast or lunch. We loved the friendly atmosphere where customers and staff chatted easily with each other. The menu offers a variety of options, including waffles, crepes, sandwiches, and generous portions. While having a menu in English would have been helpful, we were able to communicate and order just fine.

That was not our first choice, but so much in ville marie is closed, we had no choice. we hoped at least for a decent breakfast, but eating was mediocre to say that at least.

I went to this restaurant with my hockey team and we received excellent service with delicious food. The prices were surprisingly low, but because of this, the place was often busy and it was a bit difficult to find seats. I recommend ordering at the front counter instead of waiting for a table, as this helps the service to be faster and smoother.

The breakfast is very good and very healthy with many fresh fruits. the lunch offers many choices of healthy sandwiches and suppen. desserts are very seductive and homemade.

Wow! The prices are affordable, the service is excellent (even with my limited French skills), and the food was delicious. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant!
